Today, the Mini Police team from St Andrews Primary finished their six week Mini Police programme. As part of the programme the group conduct a community event, to get the young people out and about changing perceptions of children in their local area. After learning about Anti-social behaviour on week 2 (education session) the group identified that doing a litter pick would benefit their local community.
The Mini Police patrolled the area in and around their school, cleaning up any litter they found. A big thank you also to PCSO Wadge and PCSO Smith who accompanied us today.
